How to Structure your List Categories
List categories function like section dividers in a physical folder. You can find different kinds of lists grouped together under each section or category.
We suggest that you have a General category and then a category for each ministry area in your church. The general category is for your demographic lists like all the men or all the women in your church. The categories that you create for each ministry area function as that ministry's space for all their ministry specific lists.
For example, under the Worship category, you will find a list of people who need to be invited to the next band audition, a list of vocalists in the worship team and a list of the worship team members who said they are available to serve on a specific date.
